Consent to data processing and transfer

By clicking “I want to play” or “Become a captain”, sending data to the organizer or confirming participation, the participant confirms that they have read this consent and the personal data policy.

Consent

The participant voluntarily permits collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, publication, disclosure, transfer, restriction and deletion of the data needed to organize RUSH events and maintain public results.

The data may include name, birth year, gender, Telegram username, requests, roster and captain roles, match results, statistics and public profile data.

Public profile

The participant agrees that after the first completed RUSH a public player page with their name and sports statistics may be created, shown to anyone and indexed by search engines. The organizer can disable search indexing on request.

Transfers and analytics

Technical visit data is transferred to Yandex Metrica for traffic and behavior analytics and may be processed across borders under Yandex’s terms. Match and profile pages are transferred to hosting, search and social services when necessary to operate and share the service.

Withdrawal

Consent remains valid until withdrawn. A request can be sent through Telegram. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already performed and may not require deletion of factual, lawful event records. For a minor, consent must be given by a legal representative.
