Personal data processing policy

This policy explains how individual entrepreneur Maksim Sergeevich Usanin, the RUSH TEAM TENNIS website administrator, processes visitor and participant data. Contact: Telegram.

Data we process

Data provided to the organizer may include a participant’s name, birth year, gender, Telegram username, phone number, email address and participation requests. Birth year and contact details are optional and may be corrected or cleared by the organizer. Match participation, roles, results and calculated statistics are also processed.

Yandex Metrica collects technical and usage data, including anonymous browser identifiers, cookies and local storage, page views, visit source, device and browser information, approximate region, clicks, scrolling, visit duration and Session Replay records. Input contents are masked on this website.

Meta Pixel collects page addresses, page views, browser and connection data, cookies and available advertising identifiers to measure and improve advertising and create advertising audiences. Clicking “I want to play” or “Join waitlist” sends a Lead event with the request type. Selecting Telegram or WhatsApp does not send another Lead event. Analytics is enabled by default and can be disabled in the cookie settings above. Disabling analytics stops future tracking; it does not delete data already sent.

Purposes and legal basis

We use data to organize RUSH events, maintain rosters and results, create player statistics and public profiles, improve the website, measure traffic sources and protect the service. Processing is based on the participant’s request and consent, performance of the participation arrangement, and legitimate operational interests where applicable.

Publication and disclosure

After a participant’s first completed RUSH, their public profile may be indexed by search engines. It may display their name, match history, team or captain role, results, level and statistics. Birth year, gender and contact details are not published in player cards or public responses and are not intentionally sent as analytics parameters.

Analytics and advertising data is transferred to Yandex Metrica and Meta and may be processed in other countries under their terms. Public pages are disclosed to visitors and search engines. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and rights

Data is kept while needed for the purposes above and for the factual match history. Analytics and advertising data retention is controlled by the service settings and the terms of Yandex and Meta. You may request access, correction, restriction, de-indexing or deletion where applicable, and may withdraw consent by contacting the administrator.
