Personal data processing policy

Data we process

Data provided to the organizer may include a participant’s name, birth year, gender, Telegram username and participation requests. Match participation, roles, results and calculated statistics are also processed.

Yandex Metrica collects technical and usage data, including anonymous browser identifiers, cookies and local storage, page views, visit source, device and browser information, approximate region, clicks, scrolling, visit duration and Session Replay records. Input contents are masked on this website.

Purposes and legal basis

We use data to organize RUSH events, maintain rosters and results, create player statistics and public profiles, improve the website, measure traffic sources and protect the service. Processing is based on the participant’s request and consent, performance of the participation arrangement, and legitimate operational interests where applicable.

Publication and disclosure

After a participant’s first completed RUSH, their public profile may be indexed by search engines. It may display their name, match history, team or captain role, results, level and statistics. Birth year, gender and Telegram username are not intentionally sent to Yandex Metrica as analytics parameters.

Analytics data is transferred to Yandex Metrica and may be processed in other countries under Yandex’s terms. Public pages are disclosed to visitors and search engines. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and rights

Data is kept while needed for the purposes above and for the factual match history. Analytics retention is controlled by the Metrica settings and Yandex terms. You may request access, correction, restriction, de-indexing or deletion where applicable, and may withdraw consent by contacting the administrator.
