By using the website or joining a RUSH, you accept these terms, the personal data policy and the data consent.

The service

The website publishes schedules, rosters, live state, results, player and captain statistics and guides. The organizer may correct errors, change schedules, cancel events and update the format.

Participation

Participants must provide accurate data, follow the event rules and organizer instructions, behave respectfully and assess whether they are physically able to play. Tennis involves ordinary sporting risks; participants are responsible for their health, equipment and conduct. A minor may participate only with a legal representative’s permission.

Public results

Participation creates factual match records. After the first completed RUSH, a public player profile with statistics may be created and indexed unless search indexing is disabled. Statistics are calculated from recorded events and may be corrected when the source record is corrected.

Availability and liability

The website is provided as available. The administrator does not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free third-party services and is not responsible for external links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
